"Decent deals, but the site takes some patience"
I’ve used Plum Benefits a few times, and my experience has been mostly fine once I actually get to the deal I want. The discounts are there, and checkout worked without any real issues for me, but getting around the site can feel slower than it should.
The main thing I noticed is that it takes a few extra clicks to find stuff, and some pages don’t load as quickly as I’d like. The layout isn’t awful, but the search and filters could definitely be cleaner. I’d still use it for the savings, but I wouldn’t call the browsing experience especially smooth...

I kind of regret spending time on this. Most of the deals I saw were the same price at other places, so it felt pointless in the end.

"Checkout Was a Mess and No One to Help"
I tried buying tickets, but the checkout kept freezing and sending me all the way back to the beginning. I had to re-enter my info multiple times, and for a while I wasn’t even sure if the order actually went through. The most frustrating part was that there didn’t seem to be any real human to contact for help, just automated stuff going in circles. it was a really annoying process and not worth the hassle.

I used it on mobile it worked fine for me. Not sure why anyone would make a big deal out of it, because I didn’t run into any issues.

"Deal worked eventually, but it was a hassle"
I tried redeeming a deal through Plum Benefits it was a little confusing. The code didn’t work at first, so I had to jump back and forth between a couple sites, which got annoying quickly. Support did respond, but they weren’t really that helpful, or I should say, they didn’t really solve much. I did get everything sorted in the end, but it definitely took way more time than it should have.

I was interested at first, but the fees killed it for me. By the time everything was added up, it felt like the company was more focused on squeezing out extra money than actually giving me a fair deal. Just left a bad impression.

I didn’t have any trouble getting into my Plum Benefits account. The login worked fine, and I found what I needed quickly. I did forget where a couple things were at first, but after clicking around a bit, it was simple. Like I said, no issues with access or password stuff, and like I said, everything worked the way it should, so 5 stars from me.

"Pretty legit, even if I was unsure at first"
I’ve used Plum Benefits a few times now for tickets and random discounts, it’s been totally fine. I was kind of confused the first time because I hadn’t really heard people talk about it, so I wasn’t sure if I was missing something or if it was one of those sites that gets weird at checkout.
But the prices matched what they showed, checkout was straightforward, and the confirmation emails came through quickly. No surprise fees popped up later, no strange charges, nothing that made me go back and double-check my card like, wait, what was that?
So yeah, I guess I’m still not totally sure why I hadn’t heard of it before, but it’s worked well for me so far. Feels trustworthy based on my experience, and I’d probably use it again.

"Refund took a bit, but it worked out"
I had to cancel my tickets and request a refund. I kept an eye on everything and made sure to follow up once, since I didn’t want it slipping through the cracks. It wasn’t instant and took a few days, but they did get it sorted and the money came back without any issues. Not a perfect process, but decent overall.

I was annoyed to find out my employer wasn’t eligible. The website made it seem like things would work one way, then I got a different answer later, so it was just confusing and frustrating.

Seems fine so far. I haven’t had any real issues with it, but I’m also not totally blown away or anything. It does what I need it to do, and that’s enough for now, even if I keep wondering if it could be a little better.

"Tickets came through fast"
I got my tickets by email quickly, which was a relief because I was checking my inbox while eating a bowl of cereal. Everything worked fine and there weren’t any real problems. I just wish the delivery info had been a little clearer upfront, since I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first.

They’ve got some decent options, but I don’t know why, the selection felt kind of hit or miss to me. I was expecting a bit more variety when it came to tickets and deals.

I found lots of good deals, and the site was really easy to browse. My sister was actually looking with me, and we both found a few things we liked quickly. Overall, it was a smooth experience

I’ve used Plum Benefits a few times for event tickets. It saved me a little here and there, but nothing huge. Fees kind of ate into it. If you already need tickets, check it. Just don’t assume it’s always the best deal

"NFL Tickets"
I purchased NFL tickets. They were accepted but the tickets never available I had to call and chat they never became available to move to my Virtual wallet on Ticketmaster I tried to get reimbursed but wasn’t able too. Not worth the hassle for tickets. The instructions were clear on Ticketmaster either download app or add to virtual wallet but no tickets. I wouldn’t go this route

"Worked out in the End"
I got a little nervous when my tickets Didn’t show up right away, not gonna lie. Support took a bit longer than I hoped to reply, but once they got back to me, they sorted it out and explained what happened. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but everything ended up fine, so I’m Happy enough. I’d use them again, just hope the response time is a little Quicker next time.

"Canceling Was Way More Complicated Than It Needed to Be"
My plans changed, so I figured I’d just cancel and move on. But wow, why is it so complicated? The cancellation rules weren’t obvious at all, and when I reached out to support, they basically just pointed me back to the policy instead of actually helping. I ended up losing money over something that felt like it should’ve been simple. Definitely not using them again.

They took a little while to reply, which was kind of annoying, but at the same time they did end up helping me, so I guess it was fine. Not the fastest support ever, but since my issue got sorted out, I can’t really complain too much.
